Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you'll sit at the heart of your project team, bridging the Project Manager and consultants by translating strategy into action. You'll delegate tasks, review work for quality and accuracy, guide consultants through challenges, and step up when the Project Manager needs cover. Attendance at weekly training sessions is expected, and your presence sets the standard for the team. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Prior consultancy experience or positions of responsibility are an advantage, though not a requirement. What matters most is the drive to lead and deliver.
