Technical Support Manager

Description:

Aid our committee with their IT needs. This role is on all our systems, including Gmail, Google Drive, and Slack. York Community Consulting has a larger IT operation and needs someone to manage it. This role can be a great opportunity to develop your IT skills and really make a difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all passwords are up to date and changed
  • Manage and curate filters and labels within the main inbox
  • Currate the emails we use and when needed mke new ones for committee members
  • Maintaining and producing templates from presentations, word documents and latex templates
  • Manage Slack apps and channels, making reccomendations for improvements
